OUR DESIGN PROCESS
Your home should represent the very best of you and be a place of solitude, peace, and rest. It should inspire and rejuvenate you, a be a place you never want to leave. It may seem impossible at times to create that perfect space. To turn your house into your home, it requires innovative problem-solving, preparation, budgeting, and good communication. Our Design Process is 4 steps:
Getting to Know You
During your Initial Consultation (IC), I want to get to know you and your family better. You will complete our New Client Questionaire to help us understand your design needs, likes, dislikes, etc. We will help you determine your design style and schedule a Home Walk-Thru (virtual availale) to walk your home, take pictures, and discuss your goals and budget.
Design Concept
We will provide an initial design plan based on the IC, New Client Questionaire, and Home Walk-Thru. Once approved and payment received, we will schedule a meeting to select colors, textiles, accessories, furniture etc. We will submit an Final Design Plan and Sourcing List (Gold, Silver and Bronze levels) with estimates. The Service Agreement and SOW will be executed with accompanying project plan and timeline.
Procurement
Our team will begin the ordering and purchasing process; we will own all aspects of shipping, receiving, etc. We will also refurbish any furniture or décor you have selected and included in your design plan. You will receive weekly updates until onsite installation begins, so you can plan your day-to-day lives with ease.
Installation
This is when the fun begins! Installation will begin when all sourcing and materials have been received, all refurbished furnitue have been completed, and we have received any and all permits from the city or county you reside, if applicable. We install in stages beginning with declutter or removal, then prep and setup. We finish with all things design and staging; placing furniture, hanging window treatments, etc.
